Samuel N. Sam Reiken has practiced law in New Jersey, New York and in numerous Federal Courts for over 40 years specializing in complex business transactions, unusual financing arrangements, real estate deals and estate planning. He also headed up the business and commercial litigation departments of large law firms and has fought and won many Court battles relating to business and real estate matters, all the way to the Supreme Court.

He has handled numerous multi-million dollar real estate acquisitions, sales and financing transactions, and has litigated a host of matters that arise from questions of enforcement and breach.

Many of Mr. Reiken's clients regard him as their company's outside general counsel, available on call at any time for any of the myriad legal problems that the average closely held business faces. His clients know that he will respond quickly, personally and wisely, bring a big firm presence to middle size companies.

Mr. Reiken is a skilled negotiator who strives at all times to avoid litigation for his clients, but tenaciously pursues their interests when they are contested.

In his spare time, Mr. Reiken is an avid skier and wine collector. He is an extremely active alumnus of Princeton University, having served as former President and Chairman of the Class of 1962, the Chairman of its Reunions and an Alumni Interviewer at the local high school.
